Project Overview
Digital transformation is essential for modern textile manufacturing. For this project, I developed Mahavir Fashion, a dual-platform system designed to automate wholesale operations. Specifically, the solution bridges the gap between bulk buyers and production managers through real-time data synchronization.
Key Features
B2B Buyer Portal (Customer Experience)
To begin with, the platform prioritizes security by utilizing a 6-digit OTP verification system for all B2B logins. Once verified, customers access a premium dashboard that highlights featured textile collections.
Key buyer functionalities include:
- Wholesale Catalog: Browsing specific categories such as Cotton, Malmal, and Jacquard fabrics.
- Direct Inquiries: Seamless integration for buyers to place orders or inquire via WhatsApp.
- Order Transparency: A dedicated history tab allows users to track production status and download invoices.
Admin Control Panel (Business Intelligence & Operations)
While the buyer portal focuses on sales, the Admin Control Panel serves as the operational engine. Consequently, administrators gain complete oversight of the supply chain.
Advanced administrative tools include:
- Batch Updates: Efficiency is improved by updating multiple order statuses simultaneously.
- Inventory Management: Admins can easily add products, manage categories, and track stock levels.
- Logistics Tracking: A custom “Shipping & Transport” module manages merchant details and shipment entries for every order.
- Customer Controls: Business owners can manage buyer accounts and toggle global order placement rules with a single click.
Technical Results
By implementing this system, the client moved from manual tracking to an automated, secure, and scalable digital environment. Therefore, the business can now handle high-volume wholesale traffic while maintaining precise control over every manufacturing slot.
